Baptisms
We are delighted to welcome both children and adults to Christian baptism.
Baptisms are usually held on Sundays, either as part of the informal all-age worship service or as a separate Baptism service. Usually prior to a Baptism a member of the Ministry Team will have arranged to meet with the child's parents or the adult candidate to chat through the significance of Baptism and what happens at the service. The family or adult candidate will also be encouraged to attend a Sunday morning service prior to the Baptism to be welcomed into the fellowship.
We are always keen to help parents bring up their children to follow Jesus Christ by joining in regularly with the St Aidan Church family and taking part in our Sunday School activities for children.
If you are interested in Baptism for your child or yourself, please use the 'Contact Us' page or phone 01474 352500.
